Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order and typically ship within 5–8 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been handed off for shipment.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable), and we will make it right.
